This is a man-made island that gets its name from the fact that its shape resembles a palm tree. Palm Jumeirah is very much developed with high-end retail, restaurants, hotels and world-renowned Atlantis Resort which is at the apex of the island. The Bluewaters Island will soon be completed that will feature Dubai’s biggest observation wheel, Al Ain Dubai. It will also feature a 150,000 sq ft cruise liner terminal capable of handling 6,000 passengers, as well as entertainment and retail space, a yacht club, shopping mall, hotels and residences. Upcoming residential towers are Sunrise Bay and Beach Vista offering one to four bedroom apartments.

Beachfront, Sea-view residences have been the most in-demand type of living in Dubai that are also good for investors who can lease their property for short and long term period.
